We’re bursting with pride to introduce our furry farm family! Summerland Farm is now home to an adorable tribe of miniature creatures. You can get up-close with our furry friends in our Animal Encounters, which are basically 15 minutes of fluffy cuddles! See the Encounter times below and visit our FAQs for more info.

Animal Encounters ($5pp)
Visit our undercover barn area to meet our mini goats, rabbits and guinea pigs
Morning: 10:30am, 10:45am, 11:00am, 11:15am

Paddock Encounters ($5pp)
Venture into our paddocks to meet our mini goats and mini donkeys – plus meet our mini cows over the fence!
Afternoon: 12:30pm, 12:45pm, 1:00pm, 1:15pm

Miniature donkeys originated in the Mediterranean islands. They’re very intelligent and said to be stubborn because of their powerful memories.

Did you know chickens have a great memory? They can recognise up to 100 faces and see everything in full colour. This gal clearly remembers how to drive a manual!

Have you herd?

Cows have an acute sense of smell and can smell up to 10km away. All that sniffing must be tough work, they also like to lie down at least 14 times a day!
