Experiential learning through gardening seeks to engage students in thinking and doing. Students will investigate the interdependence of life at the farm, through concepts such as soil health and biodiversity of flora and fauna. Students will have the opportunity to get their hands dirty and connect with nature while creating their own succulent habitat to take home and care for.

Our farm animals love to cuddle! So why not add an animal workshop for your students to enjoy. Students will get a chance to observe and interact with some of our furry friends. This workshop is a hands-on experience where students will learn about animal characteristics, behaviours, and habitats, expanding their knowledge of the natural world.

Our guided walking tours take students through our lush macadamia and avocado orchards, where they’ll learn about the fascinating process behind growing these delicious fruits and nuts. From planting and nurturing the trees to harvesting and processing. Students will not only gain a deeper understanding of horticulture but also get the chance to explore the beauty of our working farm.

Our Nature Scavenger Hunt is a fun and interactive outdoor adventure that allows students to explore nature, searching for plants, animals and other natural wonders while developing their observation skills.

Our Pizza Making Workshop is a fun and engaging workshop that allows students to explore basic cooking skills. It’s a delicious way to learn and have fun whilst making their very own tasty creations for lunch.

Experience the journey of food from farm to market! Students will learn about how our macadamia nuts are grown, harvested and prepared for sale. This hands-on workshop will have students crack their own macadamia nuts and packaging them ready for selling.
