On Saturday July 27th, we’re opening the restaurant exclusively for this festive banquet feast.

Mulled Wine or Non-Alcoholic Punch

Starter:

Maple Glazed Bacon, Leek and Byron Bay Mozzarella Ricotta Tart

Banquet feast to share:

  • Ballina Honey & Bourbon Glazed Ham
  • Cranberry Glazed Turkey Breast with Pistachio Crumble
  • Israeli Cous Cous with Roast Almonds, Dried Fruit and Beurre Noisette Pumpkin & Leek Gratin
  • Broccolini and Green Beans with Confit Garlic Butter and Toasted Almonds

Dessert (alternate service):

  • Mulled Wine Poached Pears with a Macadamia Praline and Creme Patisserie
  • Trifle of Chocolate Creme Anglaise, Cherry Jelly and Maple sponge

TERMS

  • Full bar is also available.
  • Only 80 tickets will be sold, minimum of 2 tickets per booking.
  • Restaurant closes at 9.30pm.
  • Please advise us of any specific dietary requirements you may have by using the order notes in the checkout.
  • No physical tickets will be issued. Your name and the number of persons on your order will be used by staff at the door to admit you and your party to the event.
