Summerland Farm is a business of Aruma, located on the Alstonville plateau, above the Byron and Ballina coastlines in Northern New South Wales. This picturesque 238 acre farm is yours to explore. A place of inclusion and empowerment, there’s something for everyone.
Avocado farm
Here at Summerland Farm, we have more than 2000 avocado trees spread across 238 acres! We grow six different delicious varieties, including the most popular in Australia – the Hass.
Macadamia farm
The North Coast of NSW is famous for its native macadamias where growing conditions are ideal. We’ve been farming this delicious product for more than 40 years, and now have over 7,500 trees.
Packing shed
Summerland Farm is a real working farm. We are also a regional distribution hub which means we grade, dehusk and pack produce from our own orchards and over 200 regional farms.
Waterpark
Popular with children of all ages, especially on a steamy summer’s day, our waterpark is a refreshing way for kids to cool down while mums and dads to chill out and relax with a coffee.
Farm animals
Our beautiful farm has recently become home to 450 eggcelent feathery females, who range our rich pastures in our Chicken Caravan, a safe, sustainable and efficient farming system.
Tours
Our tours promise to provide visitors with a fun and educational farm experience like no other in the region! The highlight is our tractor tour which gives visitors the chance to explore the orchards.
